VV Growth Ad Engine is a SaaS platform that connects to your advertising accounts to provide campaign performance intelligence, health classification, and AI-powered optimization recommendations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must have authorization to connect any ad accounts to the platform. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes.
By connecting your ad accounts, you authorize VV Growth Ad Engine to access your advertising performance data for the purpose of generating reports and recommendations. We access only the data necessary to provide our service.
The platform is provided as-is. While we strive to provide accurate data and recommendations, VV Growth Ad Engine does not guarantee specific advertising outcomes. AI-generated recommendations should be reviewed before implementation.
Vanguard Visuals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or decisions made based on platform recommendations.
Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion unless an earlier deletion is requested.
